Three sisters – based on a short story by S.Y. Agnon, the Nobel laureate. While working on Three Sisters, a variety of corporal images emerged as we can concentrated on each word. Thus, the emerging word and working with images generated a space that encouraged each and every dancer to retreat to their own personal archive, to the primal trauma.
From the critic:
"Ziv`s adapted the story by Agnon in her special adaptation to dance, by her special skills and talent to compose words and movement. Every turn in the choreography is surprising and accompany with a special interpretation of the text, by deconstructive forms"
(Zvi Goren, Habama)
"A special moment, the dancers stands one by the other, their faces express formality and they are holding a small white sticks, and in a magical moment they becomes hand-held fun represent hope in their gloomy world"
(Ruth Eshel, Haaretz)
